 My policies and procedures are in place to allow a  transparent framework for the service that I provide. Each family are given a copy of my policies and procedures to read before taking a place. Once a family decide to take a place for their child/children at Annie's Little Angels a copy of my policies and procedures is encluded in each starter pack.
