CONTRACTS

 

Each family is encouraged to visit Annie’s Little Angels before taking a place. At this visit families are given a tour of the rooms the child/children will be using while at Annie’s Little Angels and shown the wide range of activities that we offer. Also at this visit each family is given a copy of my policies and procedures to take home and read.

If after your initial visit you decide that Annie’s Little Angels is somewhere that would suit both your family’s needs and the individual needs of your child/children, short visits for your child/children to come and play can be arranged where hopefully they will be able to meet some of the other children. At the end of these visits you will be given a starter pack with forms to be completed regarding your child/children. Your child/children will also receive a welcome pack to let them see photos of the other children that they will meet and what we do in each of the rooms at Annie’s Little Angels.

Parents booking a place more than 2 weeks in advance of a start date will be asked to pay a retainer fee to do so. This fee is normally an agreed percentage of the contracted weekly hours.

Once your child/children start at Annie’s Little Angels there is a 4 week settling in period. This period is for both parties to ensure that the child/children are settling in well and to assess the contracted hours ensuring these are sufficient to cover the care required. At any time within the settling in period the contract may be cancelled by either party without explanation or notice.                                      

Once the settling in period has passed, 4 weeks written notice of intent to cancel the contract is required by both parties. If notice is not given 4 weeks payment in lieu of care is required.
